Holiday Mail Update: 12/23/2020

U.S. Customers: USPS delays from mail overload is very apparent this year. Please have patience as we have seen tracking not update for over a week or bounce between processing centers before order arrival. The order is likely not lost but may arrive later than desired. Sending a new overnight shipment or a order at this point in time will not guarantee arrival by Christmas due to the backlog of mail already in transit. Please keep an eye on your tracking information for further updates.

International Customers: We have been informed by our international shipping partners to expect delays on orders moving into the UK and EU due to flight stoppages over COVID concerns. These stoppages may resolve shortly but we have no information regarding what processing time or delays to be expected for each postal service in countries we service.

If you have received an APC tracking link that appears to be broken or not in the system, please mail in to the respective support channel for your order so we can assist with a functioning link. This is an issue we are aware of and have passed on to the tech support at APC. Receiving a tracking link means your order has been packed for shipment, and at this point in time, has likely arrived and exported from APC Logistics.

Holiday Deadlines

Due to the current effects of COVID-19 on both the domestic and international postal service, along with increased holiday mail traffic, we ask for your patience this season as delivery will likely extend past the holidays.

These order deadlines are based on estimates provided from our logistics partners and the time we need to process packages to meet them. We will do our best to ship all orders in time for the holidays but we can not guarantee the speed of shipping once the parcel is handed over to the mail.

 U.S. Shipments:

  • FedEx Home Delivery / Ground: December 7th
  • USPS First Class Package: December 8th
  • USPS Priority: December 9th

International or APO Shipments:

  • All international Orders: December 1st
  • APO: December 3rd
 

Looking for a Tracking Number:
IndieBox is processing and packaging hundreds of orders a day. Once a shipment is packaged, a tracking update will be sent to the email attached to the order.

  • U.S. and USPS international tracking will update within a few days once mail is picked up by the carrier.
  • Non USPS international shipments, APC duties paid or unpaid, are sent in bulk and will update once they arrive to APC for processing and export.
