COVID-19 International Shipping Changes

September 20th Update:

We are lifting holds due to force majeure for a large portion of countries. Several test shipments sent in early August to evaluate the timeliness and success of parcel delivery were favorable. Service quality expectations are for the most part reestablished. All international orders, even those not listed as on hold, should anticipate the possibility of minor delays during the international shipping process.

Dear international customers,

At this time, we are temporarily changing our service expectations for all shipments outside of the United States. We cannot guarantee the service experience we want for our international customers due to the numerous shipping precautions, shutdowns, and force majeure declarations happening worldwide.

Various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, our postal partners are currently unable to accept items destined for the following affected countries, effective May 1 until further notice:

Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Chad, Cook Islands, Cuba, Eswatini, Fiji, Guinea, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Niger, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Turks & Caicos Islands, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen

The following countries are accepting mail service from the United States but have declared force majeure and failed our test shipments for various postal operations. This means that timelines for processing imports, updating tracking, and delivery attempts are expected to be far under acceptable service standards. Because of these temporary service stipulations, we are unable to guarantee a timely delivery experience and thus will not be shipping orders destined for the following affected countries until further notice.

Russia

A reminder that we do not offer shipping to Brazil and Lithuania due to extensive issues with the local mail service. Made to order items may not be affected by this shipping hold.

Because of the extended delays and service disruptions, we are revising the 60 day wait time for declaring international orders lost in transit along with the option for reshipment of lost orders. All international orders will be at the customer's own risk. If a shipped order does not arrive timely or is not making updates via tracking, we will not be able to assist unless the original shipment is returned to our office.

These changes are directly tied to international postal services having to switch from fast shipping via air to lengthy sea travel, at the shipping service's discretion, due to COVID-19 changes on priority mail. Many countries are currently backlogged with mail and are processing at a limited capacity, greatly increasing delivery wait time on top of travel time.

All international orders, even those not listed above as on hold, should expect delays during the international shipping process.

The country information above will be updated as reliable shipping methods reopen for the affected areas. If at any time you would like to cancel your order, please feel free to email the respective store support channel with your order number prior to the shipment being sent.
