Redeeming a Digital Code

Please find the redemption instructions according to the digital key you received in your email. In the event you have not received a key, please email customer support at WeLoveYou@TheIndieBox.com. 

1. In-game, go to the SETTINGS menu from the MAIN menu.
2. Choose the REDEEM CODE option.
3. Enter the code you received in your email and hit enter. Please note, your code must be typed in ALL CAPS.
4. Additional Note for 5/15/18: Right now, these codes will only work for the PC version of Descenders as we've not been able to upload the new designs to the Xbox version at this time. They will work after the next Xbox update about a month from now.
